Communities in Schools of the Heart of Texas

Communities in Schools of the Heart of Texas (CIS Heart of Texas) is part of a nationwide network of passionate professionals working in public schools to help children and youth overcome barriers to success in education. The goal is to connect students with the resources they need to stay in school. By bringing caring adults into the schools to address children’s unmet needs, we provide the link between educators and the community.
